(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for interfering in the impugned order dated 16.11.2021. It is, however, clarified that none of the observations made in order dated 16.11.2021 passed by the trial Court shall be taken to be an expression on merits of the main case and the main case shall be decided strictly on the basis of evidence lead during the course of trial. Disposed of accordingly.
