Learned counsel would contend that the provisional pension alongwith the pensionary benefits of the petitioner have not been released. In this regard, a representation dated 01.01.2024, Annexure P-6 and legal notice dated 07.07.2024, Annexure P-7, have been submitted however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 01.01.2024, Annexure P-6 and legal notice dated 07.07.2024, Annexure P-7 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
