The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the impugned order dated 9.11.2021, Annexure P-16, passed by respondent no.3, whereby petitioner's claim for granting benefits of twenty days' leave encashment, has been rejected. It is not disputed at the Bar that the claim raised in the petition has been given to the petitioner, vide office order dated 14.8.2023. In view of above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
