This petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

It has been alleged that the daughter of the petitioner was to get married and the private respondents were creating hurdles in her marriage. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the marriage of the daughter of petitioner has been solemnized so there is no threat perception to the petitioner from the private respondents.

Keeping in view the statement of the learned State counsel, present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
