CM-11352-CII-2022 in/and FAO-5513-2018 This is joint application moved by the appellants and respondent No.3-Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. with the averments that the parties have arrived at an out of Court settlement to the effect that the Insurance Company will pay a sum of Rs.2.00 lacs, over and VISHNU 2022.09.08 12:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh

FAO-5513-2018 -2above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal. It is further settled that lump sum amount will be paid to the claimants within a period of four weeks from today.

Since this application is duly signed by learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company, same is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

Respondent No.3-Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. will hand over a demand draft favouring the claimants, as per award passed by the Tribunal, to learned counsel for the appellants, within a period of four weeks from today.

Disposed of accordingly.
