After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the required documents to prove that Urdu Education Board i.e. respondent No. 3 is a valid Board and not a fake Board, could not be attached with the present petition, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 2.
