RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.112 dated 08.08.2019 registered under Sections 382, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel submits that in defiance of order dated 23.09.2019 petitioner has not joined the investigation. In view of above, petition is dismissed.
