J.(Oral) The instant appeal has been filed under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act, 2015 (for short the 'Act') for setting aside the impugned order dated 28.08.2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, declining the prayer of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.478, dated 09.08.2023, registered under Section 323 of the IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the Act, at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.

Learned counsel for the appellant informs this Court that unfortunately, during the pendency of the instant appeal, demise of the appellant has occurred due to a road accident, therefore the instant appeal has rendered infructuous.
