**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.174 dated 18.12.2019, registered under Sections 420, 447, 506, 120-B and 34 IPC, at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FIR was registered way back in the month of December, 2019, yet till date no proper investigation has been conducted and that a petition preferred by Inderjeet Singh is pending hearing for 09.11.2022, though notice of motion has not been issued in the same. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4-State only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Joginder Pal Ratra, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4-State only. CRM-M-47738-2022 (O&M) -2on the instructions from ASI Sukhpal Singh, submits that accused, namely, Inderjeet Singh, Gopal Dass and Yadwinder Singh, have joined the investigation and that Inderjeet Singh has been declared innocent. He further submits that the challan will be presented before the Court concerned within six weeks from today.

Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
