Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a profounder of two FIRs against the brothers of respondents No. 6 and 7 and has been attacked twice.

In light of the above, without commenting on the merits and veracity of the same, respondents No. 3 to 5 are directed to look into the representations dated 27.04.2023 and 12.08.2023 (Annexures P- 2 and P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law.

It will be open to the respondents to call upon the petitioner for personal hearing, for considering the representation. 6.
With the above said direction, the present petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found to be involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action if necessary, in accordance with law.
