Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3, to issue Arms License to the petitioner by deciding representation dated 22.07.2024, Annexure P-3, moved by him.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
