Learned counsel for the State sought and was granted time on 7.4.2016 to verify the abovesaid fact. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant appeal has been found duly covered by the order dated 5.2.2016 passed in Attar Singh's case (supra) and the same is hereby disposed of in terms thereof.
