Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 for deciding representations dated 07.07.2025 (P-4), 05.05.2025(P-2) as well as 28.03.2025(P-1), submitted by the petitioner for taking appropriate legal action against respondents No. 4 to 17.

Learned State counsel seek some time to file reply. List on 28.08.2025."
