CM No.12908-C of 2018 has been filed by the appellants seeking withdrawal of the main appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has instructions to withdraw this appeal as respondent No.1-Dalbir Kaur has sold the property in question in favour of appellants No.1, 2 and 3 vide registered sale-deed dated 18.07.2018 and the cause of action does not survive. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 affirms the factum of sale of the suit property by respondent No.1-plaintiff in favour of appellants No.1 to 3. In view of the above, application is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
