***** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 22.08.2019 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonipat whereby in the execution petition filed by the respondent No.1/Decree holder, the petitioner has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of eighteen (18) months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present matter pertains to the year 2019 and there is no interim stay operating in favour of the petitioner, thus, in all likelihood, the petitioner has already undergone imprisonment for the awarded period of 18 months. It is accordingly prayed that the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
