Learned counsel would contend that the pensionary benefits alongwith consequential benefits have not been granted to the petitioner. In this regard, a legal notice dated 15.11.2023, Annexure P-5, has been served upon the respondents however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioner, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Saigeeta Srivastava, Advocate for respondent No.1-UOI and Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana for the respondent-State, respectively accept notice and have no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 15.11.2023, Annexure P-5, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
