On first call the matter was passed over on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. On second call learned arguing counsel for the petitioner is stated to have joined the proceedings through hybrid mode, however, none has joined.

The writ petition being CWP-12616-2024 was disposed off vide order dated 27.05.2024 whereby the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Dera Bassi, Punjab was directed to decide the legal notice dated 12.09.2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. As per the contempt petition itself, the order deciding the legal notice was passed on 10.02.2025 which has also been appended as Annexure P-4. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
