Dhaliwal, Advocate for the respondent. **** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that vide the impugned judgment dated 19.07.2018, the suit filed by the respondent was decreed for the recovery of maintenance allowance @ Rs.3000/- per month from 10.07.2017 and the suit property was charged accordingly. Now the appellant has settled the dispute with the minor respondent and is no more interested in pursuing this appeal anymore. Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw this appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
