(Oral) The instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of india for setting-aside the order dated 05.09.2023 (Annexure P-10), passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Karnal in CMA-91-2023 and the order dated 23.08.2023 (Annexure P-5), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Assandh in CS-476-2023, vide which the application for grant of interim injunction filed by the respondent, has been allowed. At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
