Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.239 dated 08.07.2023, under Section 21(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (offence under Sections 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act were added later on vide Rapat No.42 dated 10.07.2023), registered at Police Station City Faridkot, District Faridkot. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
