DEEPAK GUPTA, J.(ORAL) All the aforesaid appeals have arisen out of the common Award dated 21.10.2016 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hisar. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Perusal of the paper book reveals that appearance on behalf of the appellants was lastly made on 20.11.2021 that too before the Lok Adalat. Thereafter matter was listed thrice before this Court for effective hearing on 11.12.2021,11.05.2022, and 07.12.2022 but nobody had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Even prior to appearing before Lok Adalat, there was no appearance on behalf of the appellants at any point of time. It appears that the appellants are not interested to proceed with these appeals any further.
