By way of present petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged willful non-compliance of the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-2062-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed compliance report dated 01.10.2024 along with speaking order of the even date passed by the Principal Secretary, Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, whereby, the claim of the petitioner has been declined.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed, however, he seeks liberty to revive the same in case any cause survives. 4.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.

Rule stands discharged.
