Prayer in this writ petition is for directing respondents to release Final Work Order to the petitioner which was statedly prepared wherein petitioner has been selected as a Startup. Said Final Work Order, it is submitted is being withheld for no rhyme or reason. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents-State, at the outset, on instructions of Director, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Haryana submits that respondents are in the process of cancelling the tender in question, therefore, no cause of action survives to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for YAG DUTT 2025.07.30 18:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.21206 of 2025 -2respondents-State as above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.

Petitioner, needless to say, would be at liberty to seek the remedies, if any/as may be, available to it in the wake of cancellation of tender.
