Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 17.10.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the complainant submit that the parties have settled their disputes by way of settlement/ agreement dated 11.11.2022, before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Report of the Mediator is on record at Flag 'A'. The parties are now residing together.
