The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to stay the implementation of the notice dated 16.08.2022 till the disposal of FIR No. 233 dated 04.08.2022, under Section 21/61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Division No. 7, Ludhiana.

The petitioner claims that she was working as an Anganwari Worker, but due to her involvement in a false criminal case, she is not being permitted to resume her duties.
