The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 02.03.2010 passed by the First Appellate Court whereby appeal of the plaintiff-respondent was accepted and the suit was decreed for possession of the suit land. 2.
As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Jalandhar, during the interregnum, on account of a compromise between the parties, the execution was dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied hence the instant appeal has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
