(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel has referred to letter dated 19.02.2014 issued by the Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies whereby the earlier instructions issued on 01.02.2006 have been withdrawn. As per this letter, the Municipal Committee/Councils lands, buildings and shops which have already been given on rent/lease according to the market rate, in this connection Government letter dated 01.02.2006 which showing that if any properties rent is less than of Rs.500/- and a person who is having possession of that property, in that regard, instructions/advisory have been issued to them regarding the property or the land/shops etc GAURAV 2015.05.13 14:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

R.S.A No. 1505 of 2013 (O&M) -2to the Municipal Committee/Councils of the state which have to be disposed of under the provisions of rule namely the Haryana Management of Municipal Property and State Property Rules, 2007 (for short 'Rules 2007'). In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to take alternative steps in accordance with Rules 2007.
