Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant accepts notice of the application and states that the matter since stands settled between the appellant and the Insurance Company. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal is taken on Board today itself.
