CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for quashing of seniority list dated 02.08.2018/21.12.2017 (Annexure P-3 colly) and re-fix the same keeping in view judgment (Annexure P-2).

I am of the view that grievance of the petitioners cannot be redressed at this stage, for, they have not made any grievance or objection to seniority list, much less, representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients undertake to make objection/representation within a period of one week from today.

In case, such representation is made by the petitioners to respondent No.4-The Superintendent of Police, Rohtak as undertaken by them, respondent No.4 shall consider the same after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.4 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners.
