RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.457, dated 28.08.2015, under Section 376-D IPC, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat (Nuh).
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned. Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned within a week from today and applies for bail, the competent Court is requested to decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a week from the date of filing of the application.
