(ORAL) Learned senior counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue their representation dated 12.11.2021 (Annexure P-3/A) before the respondentauthorities. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that in case the petitioners approach the respondent-authorities within three days, they shall consider and pass a detailed order on their representation dated 12.11.2021 (Annexure P-3/A) as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
