Gurbhej Singh @ Gurjant Singh v. State Of Punjab And Others

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has been rendered infructuous, since it is directed against impugned order dated 25.11.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in CM-17411-CWP-2021 in CWP-20796-2021 whereby application for advancement of date of hearing was dismissed. We have informed that the main writ petition itself has been dismissed on 31.03.2022.

Keeping in view the above, we dispose of this appeal as having been rendered infructuous.
