  2  34   This petition has been filed for quashing of complaint under Section of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 bearing No.COMA/3914/2022 (later on renumbered as NACT/2333/2023) titled as 'Asha Sachdeva Vs. Sandeep Wadhwa' filed by the respondent before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda alongwith the order of summoning dated 12.01.2023.

Counsel for the respondent has pointed out that prior to approaching this Court, the petitioner had already preferred a revision before the Court of Sessions against the order of summoning dated 12.01.2023 and that fact has not been disclosed before this Court. Faced with the above, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage so as to take all pleas in the pending revision petition.
