(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for quashing the final voter list published by the District Bar Association, Nuh (Mewat) as well as in-action on the part of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana to take corrective measures for ensuring compliance of Rule 6(B)(1) of the Bar Association (Constitution and Registration) Rules, 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on advance copy, submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed vide order dated 07.12.2021 passed by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh cancelling the impugned voter list and directing the District Bar Association, Nuh (Mewat) to prepare a fresh voter list and issue a new election schedule.

In view of the aforesaid order, which is placed before this Court and taken on record as Annexure 'X', the writ petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of as nothing further survives for adjudication in the same.
