Mr.C.M. Munjal, Advocate, for the appellants. Mr. Sandeep Jasuja, Advocate, for the respondent. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral), Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre. A compromise has been arrived at and reduced into writing. Same is already on record. In terms thereof, a demand draft bearing No.363609 dated 23.05.2017 for a sum of Rs.29 lacs has been handed over to the respondent-Labh Singh, who has been identified by his counsel Mr. Sandeep Jasuja. Photocopy of the aforesaid demand draft is taken on record as Mark 'A'.
Both the counsel on instructions from their respective parties, submit that they undertake to adhere to the compromise dated March 30, 2017.
It appears that in view of the above, no cause of action survives in this appeal. Mr. Munjal, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the same.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
