This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a direction upon the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of private respondent.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No. 3 has filed the representation dated 20.7.2025 (Annexure P-7) before respondent No. 3 raising his grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to the respondent concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by petitioner No. 3 and take necessary action thereupon. 3.

Notice of motion to the official respondents at this stage only. 4.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-7) of petitioner No. 3 expeditiously and within a time bound manner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
