(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the points as have been raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage including his plea to the effect that the FIR came to be lodged under some misunderstanding which has now been resolved amongst the parties.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, it is also clarified that it shall also be open to the petitioners to file a fresh petition in this Court seeking quashing of the FIR on merits.
