**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.175 dated 12.07.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh, submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been prepared and filed before the Court concerned on 28.05.2022 and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Since, the cancellation report has already been filed before the Court below, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
