NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0555 dated 20.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 376 IPC at Police Station Suraj Kund, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 24.09.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 02 months and 04 days.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage.
