At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having been supplied to her. She, on instructions from Ms. Samta, A.D.A., Divisional Commissioner, Ambala, submits that Appeal bearing No.219 of 2023 dated 25.10.2023 (Annexure P-3), filed by respondent No.4, is now pending consideration for 11.09.2024, before the learned Divisional Commissioner, Ambala; and in all probabilities, the said appeal would be decided on the date fixed (11.09.2024), and in any case, not beyond two months thereafter, 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the State, submits that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition any further. 5.
