RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed impugning the order dated 03.08.2022 vide which learned Family Court, Bhiwani, has granted maintenance @ Rs.10,000/- per month to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled and hence, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
