RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of direction to the official respondents to register an FIR and to take strict legal action against accused persons as they have forcibly entered into the house of the petitioner on 04.06.2024 at about 7.30 p.m. and caused injuries to his parents. It is further prayed to issue direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation, dated 12.06.2024, Annexure P-2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate for redressal of his grievances. Allowed as prayed for.
