The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.92, dated 24.06.2023, registered under Section 346 IPC (Sections 302, 201, 148, 149, 120-B IPC added later) at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
