(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.154 dated 23.09.2015 under Sections 306/34 IPC and Section 305 IPC (added later on) registered at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 24.09.2019, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and she has been admitted on bail.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 24.09.2019 is made absolute.
