Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.186 dated 20.10.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station, Majitha, District Amritsar Rural. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dharam Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 13.09.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
