RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Veer Pal Singh @ Pala, in case FIR No. 66 dated 18.08.2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Jodhan, Ludhiana.

On instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 24.09.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
