The terms of settlement have been annexed with the report, made by the Mediator, which is duly signed by both the applicant and the respondent. The detailed terms of settlement have been stated in paragraph No.7 of the settlement/agreement dated 20.02.2026.

In consonance with Clause-A of paragraph No.7, the articles mentioned therein, have been handed over by the respondent to the applicant today, in the Court.
