Mr.Praveen Badhu,Asstt.Advocate General,Haryana Jaswant Singh,J, This Court, while dismissing aforesaid appeal vide order dated 25.8.2017, had directed Chief Secretary,Haryana to take appropriate action against the erring official(s)/officer(s) with regard to shoddy investigation in the said case, and to submit a report to this Court on or before 30.4.2018.

From time to time progress reports have been filed. At the time of hearing today, learned State counsel has produced final report by way of an affidavit of Pratiksha Godara, IPS, SP, Sonipat whereby it is reported that in the departmental proceedings against the erring officials namely ASI Anand Singh and HC Naresh Kumar it has been held that there was a clear lackluster and shoddy approach towards the investigation in case FIR No.166 dated 29.5.2010 under Sections 302,201 and 404 IPC, PS Kundli,Sonipat. Accordingly, the charges having been proved, a punishment of stoppage of one annual increment with temporary RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2019.08.30 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

IOIN CRA-D-874-DB of 2012 -2effect was awarded to both the said officials. A copy of the punishment order dated 13.11.2018 has been attached with the affidavit as Annexure R-1.
