(Oral) CRM-5754-2026 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/appellant seeks permission to withdraw the main appeal, which is presently fixed for 11.2.2026 on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise. The application is duly supported by affidavit of the applicant/appellant. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/appellant for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main appeal i.e. CRM-A-3030-2019, which is presently fixed for 11.2.2026, is preponed and is taken on board today and the main appeal itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
