Mr. GS Bedi, Advocate, has caused appearance on behalf of Mahavir Singh Jagdev and Amarjeet Jagdev, who are parents of the present petitioner, and submits that the instant petition has been filed by concealing the material facts.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has left to London, and therefore, she does not have any threat perception, at this stage.
